My Qualifications

I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).

I am a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce

I have completed a certified mold inspection course

I am a member of the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (www.iac2.org )

I carry general liability insurance

I have passed NACHI's on-line inspector examination.

I have completed NACHI's Code of Ethics obstacle course and abide by it.

I have passed NACHI's Standards of Practice test and follow them.

I fulfill at least 24 hours of continuing education every year.

I own and use high tech equipment such as; combustible gas detector, carbon monoxide detector, laser infrared thermometer, electrical testers, radon continuous monitoring meter ( approved by the EPA ), microwave oven leak detector and mold screening equipment.

I have a background in construction

I have completed the Allied Home Inspection Course

I have over 13 years experience as a professional firefighter inspecting occupancies.
